Why do you think some people turn to alcohol, smoking, drugs, or even crime to cope with life, while others don’t?
Many people face struggles, stress, or difficult circumstances, but not everyone chooses the same way to deal with them. Some turn to unhealthy habits or destructive paths, while others find healthier outlets like hobbies, faith, exercise, or support from loved ones.
What do you believe makes the difference? Is it upbringing, environment, mental health, personal strength, or just the choices we make?
